IAFF Center of Excellence Clinical Outreach Coordinator, Molly Jones, LSW will be joined by grief expert, Joanne Steen, MS, NCC. Joanne has more than 25 years of experience as an instructor and author on grief, stress, and resilience, with a specialty in the line-of-duty loss. Joanne is the founder of Grief Solutions, a Virginia-based training company that provides practical training and resources on grief to leaders, assistance providers, and those who have lost someone. She has worked with more than 40 diverse organizations, including the U.S. Department of Defense and the Canadian Military Forces.
