Estimated watch time: 1 hr 20 minutes
This webinar will be hosted by IAFF COE Clinical Outreach Coordinator, Molly Jones, LSW. This training will navigate the correlation between increased stress and decreased mental well-being and also highlight strategies to reduce such stress and increase relaxation to benefit holistic wellness on a daily basis. Mindfulness and methods for implementation will be one of the highlighted tools.
Participation in this webinar will provide attendees with increased insight on the importance of addressing accumulated stress and implementing healthy habits to mitigate increased risk of behavioral health issues such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress.
